The annual Transition Expo 2012 is on Tuesday 15 May at AMI Netball Centre in Stonefields, Mt Wellington from 9:00am - 2:30pm.

This free event is hosted by Parent and Family Resource Centre in association with Ministry of Social Development.  This Expo is an opportunity for students with a disability, their parents/caregivers and education professionals to gain more information about the range of possibilities for life after schooling.  There will be stalls featuring:

  • Transition providers
  • Vocational programme providers
  • Information/Leisure/Sports/Recreation providers
