Spectrum Care survey

The school is embarking on a service delivery expansion exercise with Spectrum Care, to bring more support and funding to you and your children.

Please will you take 3 minutes to complete an online survey (see link below).

Spectrum Care is a non-profit charity that delivers support services to the disabled community in Auckland.

The results gathered will allow the school and Spectrum Care to develop appropriate services to best support you and your child.

Once completed,  we will be in a position to better understand your need, which will then initiate the development of facilities and initiatives to meet that need as well as the necessary funding to support.
